Hail of Blades

Effect

Passive: Starting an attack windup against an enemy champion triggers Hail of Blades, and if the windup completes, you gain 2 stacks of the effect for 3 seconds, with the duration refreshing on basic attacks on-attack against enemy champions until all stacks are consumed. Stacks are consumed per basic attack on-attack and you generate an additional stack of the effect each time you activate an effect that has a basic attack reset, up to 2 times.

While Hail of Blades is active, you gain 90% / 60% bonus attack speed, are allowed to exceed the attack speed cap, and basic attacks deal 2 + (20-2)/17*(x-1) (+ 12% bonus AD) (+ 10% AP) bonus true damage.
The triggering attack benefits from Hail of Blades.
