Effect
Passive: Whenever you gain a shield, your next attack against an enemy champion is empowered to deal 5 to 32.94 (+ 2.5% bonus health) (+ 15% shield amount) bonus adaptive damage on-hit. The empowered attack lasts for up to 2 seconds after the shield expires.
